Provides Fit Testing compliant with OSHA 29CFR190.134

MNFT PRO measures the ambient particles and the particles inside of the mask. It can measure the Fit Factor as "Fit Test". Displays Fit Factor or Leak Rate, and the pressure inside the mask on "Real Time". Can be used as daily training and education for Respiratory Protective Devices.

Fit Test

Provides Fit Testing compliant with OSHA 29CFR1910.134. A fit test is a method confirming that a mask fits well on the face using a Fit Tester, etc. in an objective way, so that the operator can provide the suitable mask for the wearer. After selecting the protocol, perform fit test and confirm if the Fit Factor is more than the required Fit Factor. Suitable for fine particles {CNC protocol enables to detect particle size minimum 0.015µm (15nm). Suitable for particle size around 0.1µm (100nm) such as welding fume and virus etc.}. Includes N95 Mode {N95 Mode enables to measure disposable masks and N95 mask. By reducing the affect of particles penetrating the filter, it enables to measure the face seal of the mask accurately.}. Fit Test Adaptor will be necessary to perform fit test. Fit Test Adapter for both PAPR (FT Adaptor#41551) and Reusable Respirators (FT Filter#1) are available.

Real Time Mode

MNFT PRO gives the idea to understand the difference whether the facepiece is sealed to your face or not. Leakage and pressure inside the mask is detected and visualized on “Real Time”. MNFT PRO proves that PAPR has higher protection than Reusable Respirators by keeping positive pressure inside the facepiece and having no leakage. Check Fit Factor or Leak Rate on "Real Time". Possible to confirm the correct fitting by adjusting the head harness and the position of the mask referring to the "Real Time" display, and is suitable for daily training. For Real Time Mode, attach twin tube and another tube (Mask Inside Presure Measurement). For measurement, it is necessary to use Guide for MNFT PRO. Real Time Mode is a special function for MNFT PRO. It is not compliant with OSHA 29CFR1910.134.
