Filter Replacement Indicator

When the Filter is clogged with particle and needs to be replaced, Filter Replacement Indicator (LED) will flash to indicate the suitable time to change the Filter.

When the battery is first attached to the fan unit, the Battery Life Indicators (2 LEDs) will light for approximately 30 seconds.

Lightweight

Breath Responsive PAPR was developed making the same size as a Reusable Respirators but has a Facepiece, Fan Unit and Battery integrated.
Compared to conventional products, it is not only compact but also lightweight.

Cordless

As the Battery is integrated to the Facepiece, there is no hose to connect the Battery and Fan Unit.
It is easy to wear, and there is no need to worry about the disconnection during use.

Switchless

This product does not have a switch. As soon as you put on the Fan Unit and start breathing, the air will automatically start blowing, and when you remove the Facepiece, the air will automatically stop after about 5 seconds, making it easy to use as a Reusable Respirators.

Comparison with Breath Responsive PAPR "Synchro", Constant Air Flow PAPR, and Reusable Respirators

The chart below explains the advantages, disadvantages of Reusable Respirators and Constant Air Flow PAPR comparing with our Breath Responsive PAPR called “Synchro”. Energy-saving type that allows the Filter and Battery to last longer due to Breath Responsive technology. The pressure inside the Facepiece is constantly monitored and the optimal amount of air is supplied to keep the pressure inside the Facepiece positive. During exhalation, air is not blown comparing to Constant Air Flow PAPR, therefore by reducing Filter clogging, the Filter lasts longer and the Battery life will be extended, making it economical.
